The images, artwork, and content of this website may not be copied, reproduced, stored, or used for personal or professional purposes without prior written permission from Michelle Boden.

All images of artwork — whether sold or unsold — remain the intellectual property of Michelle Boden.

Tuition Terms & Conditions

If you find that you are unable to attend your tuition day, I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible.

Group Tuition Bookings

If you need to cancel your place on a group tuition day:

More than 21 days before your tuition date — Your payment can be fully refunded or transferred to a future date.
Within 21 days — Refunds are at my discretion and the 50% deposit may be retained.
Within 14 days — The full payment may be retained, as your place will have been reserved exclusively for you.

Private Tuition (Individuals, Pairs or Private Groups)

If you have booked a private tuition session:

Up to 3 days before your booking — A full refund can be issued or your session rearranged to a mutually convenient date.
Within 3 days of your booking — Up to 50% of the payment may be retained.

In the Event of Cancellation by Michelle Boden

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a tuition day due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.

While I will always do my utmost to avoid this situation, I am unable to take responsibility for any travel, accommodation, or related costs. You may wish to consider arranging suitable insurance to cover any potential losses.
