We Offer Original Art & Art made for children. We offer printed canvases and framed prints For Home decor, we also have apparel, and Apparel & stationery gifts in motion for new products.

All Michelle Boden's products sold subject to the terms of Sale. We encourage you to read them carefully.
Acceptance of Order
Your order becomes binding as soon as Michelle Boden accepts it, (subject to your rights of cancellation (view section on cancellation and Returns.)
It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct at the time of purchase and that the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements and will fit into your home (including product features, design, measurements, dimensions, delivery, and access) Please check these details before placing your order.
Pricing and Payment
All Original Painting orders are refundable up to 12 hours after your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication whether an error has occurred; either party may cancel the order. Up to the time, you place your order; we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Before we can dispatch your order, we must receive payment in full for all works purchased. Work is not commenced until payment is in full unless a contract is in order for licensable products and designs completed.
All Prints are depatched from Printumo our Printing Parnership company. Can only be canceled within an hour as we would have started the order with our Suppliers.
DEPOSITS FOR WORK ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Delivery and Shipping
We offer free delivery to the United Kingdom on all Original paintings. Following payment for your order, please allow three (3) days to process and ship your order within the first 73 hours after the order is placed.
Printed products have set postage for country there delivered to.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
We can accept orders from most countrys for Original Paintings but need to confirm shipping rates as they vary greatly depending on artwork size and shape. We will always quote shipping based on your requirements to get you the best possible price & service. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.

I any products are damaged In these circumstances, we would be responsible for the return postage costs, and we will endeavor to repair and replace your order as soon as possible.
If it were an original piece of work, a replacement would be impossible because it is an original. We would have to come to an understanding or agreement.
